In 2027 it will be 1400 years since Edwin, King of Northumbria (an area covering the North of England) bravely turned his back on paganism and chose to follow Christ. The teaching, spirituality, and evangelism of the Church which emerged are relevant, powerful, and inspirational for us today. That is why ‘Faith in the North’ is encouraging a new wave of prayer, sharing stories of faith, and church planting. Easy-to-use resources are being created for churches and schools to help people of all ages and backgrounds explore faith for themselves. See faithinthenorth.org
